Wes Anderson is an American filmmaker, known for movies with ensemble cast often focusing on grief, loss of innocence and dysfunctional families.  He gained acclaim for his early films Bottle Rocket and Rushmore (for which he received the award recognized here), and is also known for Royal Tenenbaums, Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Fantastic Mr. Fox, and Grand Budapest Hotel (which won 4 Academy Awards).  Owen Wilson, an actor and comedian, known for his roles in Zoolander, Wedding Crashers, Starsky and Hutch and others, appeared in many of Anderson's movies such as Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, and The Royal Tenenbaums.
