Valerie Harper was a actress best known for her role as Rhoda Morgenstern on the Mary Tyler Moore Show and its spinoff Rhoda. For those shows, she won three Emmys for Supporting Actress and one for Lead Actress.  Valerie Harper was a partner in "Boomerang", a project that produced monthly tapes with educational and entertaining programs for 6-13 year olds. Valerie was on the Board of Directors of the End Hunger Network.
