Autograph on LA Time Box Office matted with VHS box cover for Mr Holland's Opus
Signed in-person at Hugos in West Hollywood on January 23, 1996. I was sitting in the restaurant reading the LA Times over breakfast and read the weekend box office for Mr Holland's opening week. As I was leaving, I walked by Richard Dreyfuss, who was sitting alone a few tables away, and I congratulated him on his opening. He hadn't seen the numbers yet and asked to see the paper. After he read the box office chart and returned the paper to me, I asked him to sign it, which he graciously did.
