Renee Fleming is a soprano known for performances in opera and concerts.  She's won five Grammy Awards and in 2023 received Kennedy Center honors. She's recorded songs for the soundtracks of several major films, and she is the only classical singer to have performed the National Anthem at the Super Bowl.  Her signature operatic roles have included Countess Almaviva in Le Nozze of Figaro, Desdemona in Otello, and Violetta in La Traviata. She's also performed on Broadway in Carousel, for which she received a Tony nomination in 2018.
