The Preservation Hall Jazz Band is a New Orleans jazz band founded by tuba player Allan Jaffe in the early 1960's.  They are the "house band" at Preservation Hall in the French Quarter and they travel worldwide with the mission of nurturing and perpetuating the art of New Orleans Jazz.
