During the late '80s and early '90's, I ran a chain of video rental stores.  During that period, I mailed VHS box covers to actors requesting their signatures so that I could display them in  our stores (and in my home).  This is one of the many responses received.

 Nicholas King Nolte, born February 8, 1941, is an American actor known for his leading roles in dramas and romances. He first gained recognition for his role in the 1976 TV miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man, which earned him Golden Globe and Emmy nominations. He won a Golden Globe for Best Actor for his role in The Prince of Tides (1991) and has also received Academy Award nominations for The Prince of Tides, Affliction, and Warrior (2011).
