Neil Simon was a playwright, screenwriter and author.  He wrote more than 30 plays and nearly the same number of movie screenplays.  He received three Tony Awards and a Golden Globe. He received the Pulitzer Award for Drama in 1991 and Kennedy Center Honors in 1995.  His notable works include Brighton Beach Memoirs, Biloxi Blues, Come Blow Your Horn, The Odd Couple, Lost in Yonkers, Barefoot in the Park, Chapter Two, They're Playing Our Song,  California Suite, The Out-Of-Towners and The Goodbye Girl.
