Mountain was a rock band formed in 1969 with Leslie West on guitar, Felix Pappalardi on bass and Steve Knight on keyboard. Their drummer at this show was Corky Laing. They are best know for their hit song "Mississippi Queen". Felix Pappalardi, pictured here backstage, had been the Cream's producer. Pappalardi returned to producing after Mountain. He was shot and killed by his wife in 1983 in their apartment on the East Side of Manhattan with a derringer he had giver her as a gift.
