Michael Moore is a film director, producer, screenwriter and author.  His work frequently addresses social, political, and economic issues.  He first became publicly known for his award-winning debut documentary Roger & Me about the downfall of the auto industry in the 80's.  Other docs were Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11, and Sicko.  He later released Fahrenheit 11/9 about the 2016 presidential election and Donald Trump.
