Kenny Kramer is a former stand-up comedian and the inspiration for the character of Cosmo Kramer on the TV sitcom Seinfeld.  Larry David lived across the hall from Kenny for six years (similar to Seinfeld and Kramer).  Kenny was the host of the Kramer Reality Tour - a bus tour of sites made famous by the Seinfeld Show in NYC.
