Kathy Smith is a personal trainer who became known for her workout videos during the late 1980's and 1990's. She has sold over 16 million workout videos since 1980. Her exercise and nutrition program was created in association with the National Diabetic Association as a complete lifestyle system to help manage Type 2 diabetes.
