Iron Butterfly was a rock band from San Diego famous for their best seller "In A Gadda Da Vida".  Doug Ingle (pictured backstage) was the founder and original lead vocalist and organist.  Doug wrote In A Gadda Da Vida (actually as "In The Garden of Eden", which sounded like its final title when slurred drunk)
