During the late '80s and early '90's, I ran a chain of video rental stores.  During that period, I mailed VHS box covers to actors requesting their signatures so that I could display them in  our stores (and in my home).  This is one of the many responses received.

Hayley Catherine Rose Vivien Mills is an English actress and singer who rose to fame in the 1960s as the epitome of English wholesomeness in Disney films. Mills's career began after her father suggested she try out for a role in the British film Tiger Bay, where she reportedly outshined him. She went on to star in Pollyanna and In Search of the Castaways, and released singles including "Let's Get Together" and "Castaway".
