Pretty sure this was signed in-person at a Video Software Dealers Association convention

George Kennedy was an actor who appeared in more than 100 movies and TV productions.  He won an Academy Award in 1967 for his role as Dragline in Cool Hand Luke.  Other films have included Earthquake, Lonely Are The Brave, Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte, The Eiger Sanction, and many more including all four films in the Airport series and the Naked Gun series. He starred in the TV series The Blue Knight from 1971-1972.
