Danny Thomas is an actor, comedian and philanthropist.He's best known for creating and starring in the sitcom Make Room For Daddy (or The Danny Thomas Show) and he is also celebrated for founding St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital. He starred in movies "I'll See You In My Dreams" and the remake of "The Jazz Singer".  Thomas produced many TV shows including The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Andy Griffith Show, The Real McCoys, The Mod Squad, and That GIrl (starring his daughter Marlo).  Marjorie Lord played Danny's 2nd wife Kathy on Make Room For Daddy.   She also appeared in 6 feature films in the 1930's and 40's.  She wed actor John Archer- Anne Archer is her daughter
