Signed in-person for my parents at an Academy Awards party held by Stop & Shop Video Centers in Boston on March 27, 1995.

Calvert DeForest was also known by his character name Larry "Bud" Melman.  He was best known for his appearances on Late Night With David Letterman.  This card was signed by Calvert when he was a special guest at an Academy Awards party held in Boston the night that David Letterman was hosting the Academy Awards live in Los Angeles.
