Signed in-person at the Troy Armory on July 20, 1969 the night that Neil Armstrong took man's first step on the Moon.  The show was briefly interrupted and the band left the stage when the venue set up a black and white TV on stage for the audience to watch the historic event.  

 The Beach Boys is a rock band from Hawthorne California initially known for their "California Sound" (surfing, cars and romance). Their many hits between 1960 and 1990 included Surfin', Surfin' Safari, Surfin' USA, Be True To Your School, Fun Fun Fun, Help Me Rhonda, Barbara Ann, Wouldn't It Be Nice, Good Vibrations, Do It Again, In My Room, God Only Knows, and Kokomo.  Mike Love, Carl Wilson and Al Jardine were all founding members of the band.
