Larry Ramos was the lead guitarist for The Association (at the time this picture was taken).  Prior to that, Larry was a member of the New Christie Minstrels, and recorded on their 1962 debut album which won a Grammy for best performance by a chorus, making him the first Asian American to win a Grammy.
